Hughes and Hall Overtake Shannon for UCRA Point Lead
Cedartown, GA (6/20/23) --- After just one week a top the United Championship Racing Alliance - UCRA points standings, presented by Red Line Synthetic Oil, Matt Shannon falls to third as Jessie Hughes (#22) and Kasey Hall (#42) rally at their homestead Fort Payne Motor Speedway, this past Saturday night. Shannon of Delano, TN dropped like a rock, finishing 15th in the UCRA 40 lap feature. Fourth place Kenny Kizzar of Sale Creek, TN, the two time and raining defending UCRA champion, gained valuable points, in attempt to claw himself out of the cellar of the title chasers. Saturday night July 1st will be the next UCRA 604/Crate Late Model event up in the Blue Ridge, GA mountains at the Sugar Creek Raceway.
